At Free Heads, we want you to find the perfect cap without worries. That’s why we offer fast and secure shipping options.

Delivery times

Your order ships from our Madrid office within 24–48 business hours after purchase. Estimated delivery times:

• Europe & United States: 4–8 business days

• Other countries: 6–12 business days

All orders include a tracking code, which you’ll receive by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

• To see your shipping cost, add the product to your cart and enter your address.

• Shipping costs do not include import duties or other customs charges. These must be covered by the customer.

Shipping destinations

• We ship internationally.

• If your address isn’t available at checkout, write to info@freeheads.es and we’ll see if we can arrange delivery.

(At the moment, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands in Spain.)

Taxes & customs

If you are outside the European Union, customs duties, fees, or import VAT may be charged when your order enters your country or upon delivery. These costs vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
