Shipping

At Free Heads, we want you to find the perfect cap without any worries. That’s why we offer fast and secure shipping options.

Delivery times

Your order will be shipped from our offices in Madrid within 48 business hours after your purchase.

Delivery usually takes between 4 and 8 business days.

All orders include a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

To see your shipping cost, add the product to your cart and enter your address.

Shipping costs do not include import duties or customs fees. These must be covered by the customer.

Shipping destinations

• We ship internationally.

• If your address is not available for delivery, you can contact us at info@freeheads.es, and we will explore the possibility of delivering your order.

(For now, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands in Spain).

Taxes and customs

If you are located outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged when your product enters the country or upon delivery. These costs vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Free Heads is a brand based in Madrid, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your cap is not what you expected, you can request a return and refund.

How to make a return?

Customers in Spain can request a return label for a cost of €3 by writing to info@freeheads.es — the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Customers in France, Germany, and other countries outside Spain can send their return to our office in Madrid, covering the shipping costs. Please send an email to inform us that you have shipped your return:

Return period

You can return your purchase within 15 days after receiving the product.

Return requirements

To process your return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original or similar packaging. Please make sure to return all items received, including any free or promotional products.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. If applicable, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or prefer another model, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@freeheads.es within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the issue.
