At Free Heads, we want you to find the perfect cap without worries. That’s why we offer fast and secure shipping options.
Delivery times
Your order ships from our Madrid office within 24–48 business hours after purchase. Estimated delivery times:

Europe & United States: 4–8 business days

Other countries: 6–12 business days
All orders include a tracking code, which you’ll receive by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs

To see your shipping cost, add the product to your cart and enter your address.

Shipping costs do not include import duties or other customs charges. These must be covered by the customer.
Shipping destinations

We ship internationally.

If your address isn’t available at checkout, write to info@freeheads.es and we’ll see if we can arrange delivery.
(At the moment, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands in Spain.)
Taxes & customs
If you are outside the European Union, customs duties, fees, or import VAT may be charged when your order enters your country or upon delivery. These costs vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
Free Heads is a small business based in Madrid, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your cap isn’t what you expected, you can request a return and refund.
How to make a return

Customers in Europe: Request a return label for €3 by writing to info@freeheads.es — the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Customers outside Europe: You may return your item to our Madrid office, covering the shipping costs. Please email us to let us know you are sending a return.

You can return your purchase within 15 days of receiving the product.
Return requirements
To process the return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with its original or similar packaging.
Refunds

Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If applicable, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Initial shipping costs (if any) are not refunded (except for defective products or shipping errors).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or prefer another model, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@freeheads.es within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the issue.
